Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the RK777 platform, accessing any part of the website at rk777.run, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and RK777. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the rk777 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered on rk777, including but not limited to Live Casino, Poker, Andar Bahar, Ludo Games, Virtual Sports and all promotional offers. By continuing to use rk777 after any update to these terms, you accept the revised terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with RK777 and participate in any real-money activity on the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. RK777 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify player ages.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, partnerships and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming through rk777 is not prohibited by local law.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when completing the registration form. Any false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not already hold an existing rk777 account. Only one account per person, per household address, per mobile number, per device and per IP address is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee of rk777 or any of its affiliated businesses.

RK777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or confirmation of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

Account Responsibility

Your RK777 account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. This includes bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and any instructions submitted to rk777 through your account.

You must keep your login credentials — your registered mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential at all times. RK777 strongly recommends the use of a unique password that is not used on other platforms and the enabling of OTP verification for all withdrawals.

If you believe your rk777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the support team immediately at support@rk777.run. RK777 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain appropriate security around their login credentials.

Deposits & Payments

RK777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Pakistan:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match the name on your rk777 account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not accepted and will be returned.

RK777 charges no fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the player. Deposits that fail to credit due to incorrect transaction references or network errors should be reported to support with the payment provider's transaction reference number. RK777 will investigate and credit manually if the payment is confirmed.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available real-money funds from their rk777 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in your own name and match your rk777 account name.
• All withdrawals require OTP verification via your registered mobile number.
• First-time withdrawals may require CNIC number confirmation to satisfy identity verification requirements.
• RK777 charges no fees on any withdrawal. Processing times for Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically under 10 minutes.

Standard daily withdrawal limits are Rs 500,000 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 2,000,000 for IBFT bank transfers. Players requiring higher limits may contact the support team to discuss their account tier and requirements.

RK777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity or satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements. In cases where withdrawal is withheld due to suspected fraud, the full investigation outcome will be communicated to the player in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses & Promotions

RK777 offers various promotional bonuses to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, tournament prizes and periodic special offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at rk777 carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion details. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount. Until the wagering requirement is fully cleared, the bonus portion of your balance cannot be withdrawn — however, your real-money deposit balance is available for withdrawal at any time.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed within their specified validity period will expire automatically. Unclaimed free spins and tournament entries similarly expire if not used within the stated window. RK777 cannot retroactively reinstate expired bonuses.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming the same promotional offer multiple times, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, depositing and withdrawing without fulfilling genuine wagering intent (known as "bonus hunting"), or using low-variance strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay are all considered bonus abuse. RK777 may void bonuses and associated winnings, and may suspend accounts where abuse is identified.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game offered on rk777 operates according to its own specific set of rules, which are accessible within the game itself or in the relevant game section of the platform. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

All RNG-based games on rk777 — including virtual sports, slots and RNG card games — use an independently tested Random Number Generator that produces provably fair outcomes. The shuffle in poker, the draw in Andar Bahar and all other randomised elements are beyond the influence of rk777 staff, players or any third party. Live casino games are streamed from certified studios and governed by the rules displayed at each table.

In the event of a technical failure mid-game — such as a disconnection or server error — rk777 will follow a defined resolution protocol. Bets in progress at the time of failure are either completed automatically if the result can be determined from existing game state, or voided and refunded if the result cannot be determined. Rk777's decision in technical dispute cases is final, though players may escalate through the support complaints process.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RK777 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive game to gain an unfair advantage over opponents.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in rk777's platform to gain financial advantage. Any winnings generated through a known exploit will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud or theft.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or "charge back" deposits through your payment provider after those funds have been wagered.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on rk777 under the same identity or household.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at other players or rk777 support staff.
• Sharing account credentials with, or selling access to, another person.

Account Suspension & Termination

RK777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of underage gambling or attempted underage registration.
• Identified or suspected bonus abuse, collusion or use of prohibited software.
• A player's self-exclusion request through the Responsible Gaming system.
• Legal obligation or regulatory requirement compelling account suspension.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud, the associated funds will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, funds will be released in full. If a breach is confirmed, rk777 reserves the right to forfeit some or all funds in the account depending on the severity of the violation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — for responsible gaming reasons or otherwise — may do so by contacting support at support@rk777.run. Voluntary account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons take effect immediately. Any real-money balance remaining at closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Responsible Gaming

RK777 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our responsibilities in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all rk777 players directly from their account settings:

Intellectual Property

All content on the rk777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, software code, written content, promotional materials and the RK777 brand name — is the intellectual property of rk777 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the rk777 platform for your own lawful gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or otherwise exploit any part of the rk777 platform or its content without express written permission from rk777.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings or gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, service interruptions or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the rk777 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

RK777's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rk777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

RK777 operates on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. During maintenance windows, real-money play is suspended and no bets may be placed.

Amendments to These Terms

RK777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
